This is a wonderful shopping cart cover. It covers the entire front seat area of cart not just in front of them like some. It also comes with a seat buckle to protect them even further. (As who knows how dirty the one is in the cart). The color and pattern is unisex and if you would get stains im sure would hide them easily. I didn’t see any spots or stains on it. It also has loops for attaching toys to. I used this with both of my kids and loved it. It is extremely easy to put on with one hand if you have your little one in your other. To remove just pull up and done. It’s stretchy so easy to slip over cart. I can’t say about using it on the high chair as I never tried that. But this item is Wonderful!!! Also bonus it comes with original package which is great to store it in.
