    EICO Model 950B Resistance Capacitance Comparator Bridge Powers On / Unknown function beyond just powering on.
    Unit powers on, knobs twist freely, light glows green. There is substantial surface rust to the metal casing on the unit with some rust flakes / paint flakes falling off the unit when moved around. Would need sanded and repainted, most likely is going to need something inside replaced. There is some oxidation / dried paint / or adhesive splatter ( not sure what it is, does not wipe off ) on the front lower center area of the face of the unit. Please ask any questions you have and I will do my best to answer them.
