Conar 311 Capacitor Tester and Capacitor Leakage Tester
Good Condition.
This was National Radio Institutes (NRI) house brand offered with their correspondance courses.  Most other correspondance schools used the Heathkit product line.  This is similar in function to the IT-11 and IT-28.
It has had the following items done and checked:
Eye tube, type 6E5, is very bright.
Value of a couple of capacitors checked on a couple of the bridge ranges and they read close to the value on the dial.
Resistors range checked, reading on bridge close to value of a couple checked.
Case cleaned.
Tested capacitor leakage functions on both the Electrolytic and Paper type ranges and is working.
DC leakage voltage checked with a DMM.  Max value read was about 300VDC.  This is a bit low, as the range of the test potentiometer goes to >400VDC.
Power Factor function not tested.
Case has not been opened; unit appears to have had little use based on the condition of the eye tube.
Includes manual copy with the schematic.  Construction information not included.
Tested and working, but sold AS-IS for Calibration or full refurbishment if desired.
Not returnable.
This is one is in good shape and has been taken care of and is from a Non-Smoking environment.

DC LEAKAGE TEST,  to >400VDC via variable control.
ALSO MEASURES RESISTANCE, 1 OHMS-150MEG IN 3 RANGES,
