    Description

    Offered here is a Bozo the Capitol Clown with non-working pull-string (won't retract - stuck in the out position), orange yarn hair, felt mittens.  His head is vinyl, the talker box is metal with polkadot cloth covering.  He is offered "as is" because he needs repair, but there are several people on eBay who list that they specialize in repairing Mattel speaking boxes for nominal fees.
